My name is Mendy and I specialize in portrait, fashion and lifestyle photography.
I'm originally from NYC and currently reside on the road. I'm one of 11 children so fear not, I can handle a bit of chaos! I also don't quiet look like your average photographer. I kind of look like I walked straight out of the 70s with my long hair and beard, plus I'm all about those peace and love vibes. I'm 6'7 and my height has always allowed me to see the world differently, both figuratively and literally.
For me, photography is more than just taking a pretty picture. It is capturing the essence and soul of a person. Of a moment. Of an experience. It is about getting you and your story.
I've always been drawn to photography as it's an art form that tells complex stories. It moves your heart. It displays people with the raw emotion and depth that no other art form can capture. It allows for the most interesting of subjects and the greatest of tales. It allows for nuances that no painter or writer can capture in their work.

My goal for every photography session is to capture you in your truest form. For you to have a keepsake that fully represents who you are and what you wish the world to see. In a world filled with filters, it's difficult to see or value ourselves in our true form. I am here to do more than just click a button. I want to empower you to be yourself. To allow you the space and comfort to remove those filters and show yourself in an authentic light.
